At KLT Food Industries Sdn. Bhd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of telecommunication equipments. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following Exchange and Return Policy:
Returns
- You may return unused, unopened telecommunication equipments within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at kltfood.sales@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged kitchen appliance, or if you received the wrong item, you may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at kltfood.sales@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once we receive the defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement promptly at no additional cost.
- If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:
- Items that have been used or installed
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased as part of a bundle or promotion
Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective telecommunication equipment, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt.
- We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
